Theological Leadership Programs

In "Theological Study as Vocation: Responding to the Church's Needs," the CrossRoads Project helps students consider careers that will strengthen the theological leadership of the church and the academy. We have established a number of "Pre-Sem" programs for students who are considering graduate work in religious studies or theology. We also underwrite visits to seminaries and internships with churches, as well as develop programs for lay ministry and parish nursing. The Project will dedicate significant funds to scholarships for students interested in ministry, including minority students from RCA congregations.
