STUDENT STAFF

Hannah Kasperson is a sophomore majoring in secondary math education with a Spanish minor. She started working in our office in the fall of 2007 and is from Wheaton, IL. She plans to study abroad in Spain during her junior year and enjoys spending time with friends and watching Chicago Cubs games. She loves the community at Hope and the focus on Christianity.

Allison Templeton started with us in the fall of 2007. She is from Appleton, WI and chose Hope because the people seemed nice and the campus was pretty – everything just fit. Her major is Chemistry and pursues two minors, French and Management. She is studying abroad this spring in Nantes, France and LOVING it!! She enjoys playing ice hockey in an adult league here in Holland, teaching children how to ice skate, volunteering at Evergreen Commons in the Adult daycare. She likes spending time with her friends and family, reading, laughing, and just being silly. This summer she has an internship with Source Ministries in Minneapolis, MN. You may also see her working in Nykerk Hall when CrossRoads is not occupying her time.

Cory Warner is our most recent addition to the staff covering for Allison's absence that began in January. She is a junior from Portage, MI and not related to Ronna at all. She is majoring in Spanish, Management, and International Studies and chose Hope because it was a small liberal arts Christian school. In the fall of '08 she studied abroad in Santiago, Chile for five months. In her free time, she likes to hang out with her family and friends and ride her new longboard! This summer she will live in Holland while working at the Circulation desk at the Library, her other part time job during the academic year.

Ronna Warner is a junior studying Psychology and Religion. Ronna started in our office in the fall of 2006. When she’s not in class (or at CrossRoads) she is either fulfilling her duties as the SARD of Kollen, or spending time with her friends and fiance. She enjoys reading, running, and going on walks downtown with her friends. Her main reason for choosing Hope is the amazingly welcoming atmosphere, and the strong academics. Before her wedding in the summer of 2008, Ronna will spend some time in France. She will graduate in December.
Ann Frisella is new to CrossRoads beginning in the fall of 2007 as our ad hoc photographer and is from Arlington Heights, IL. She was drawn to Hope because she felt it was a highly regarded, private liberal arts school with a Christian emphasis. Moreover, it was just far enough away from her hometown without being too far. She has declared Psychology as a major but is considering adding Management for a double major. She hopes to study abroad in her junior year, probably to a French speaking country to hone her French language skills. She enjoys outdoor activities, exercise, and yoga. Reading, attending movie theaters, and coffee with friends are further enjoyments. This summer she hopes to catch up on her reading, enjoy her family, and friends when she is not working at a tutoring center/ summer camp.
