Tim grew up in Holland, MI and started cooking for his family and friends at an early age. Realizing a passion for the industry, he went on to complete three specialized degrees in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. Over the years he has worked in every job possible in the food service industry, including dishwashing, line cook, sous chef, salad prep and restaurant property management. Tim has over 20 years of invaluable experience and is ready to assist you in planning a perfect event. Tim lives in Holland with his wife Cathy (Johnson '91) and their three children, Abbie, Noah and Sophie. |
