Please take the following information into consideration

when placing your online catering request

Monday - Friday	Please place your order between the hours of 8am to 4pm. For a next business day catering request, all orders must be placed by 2pm.

Saturday & Sunday	Catering office is closed ~ All orders will be processed the following Monday after 9:00 am.

After business hours 5:00pm - 8:00am	Orders placed during this time frame will not be processed until 9:00 am the next business day.

If you have any questions, please call the Catering Department during business hours at 616-395-7210. Your order will be confirmed by the next business day.

If you have not heard from us within that time, please call the Catering Office. If your event is on campus, be sure to reserve your room through the Events and Conferences Office .
