New! GREEN Sack Lunch Program New for the 2009-2010 academic year - The first time you place an order, you will be provided a "GREEN" reusable lunch bag to be used throughout the year. Please bring this bag each time you need to pick up your lunch. You may also provide your own bag or use one of our brown paper bags. Additional bags may be purchased for $1.25.

The Sack Lunch Program is a meal alternative that students may elect if their class schedule/work schedule is in conflict with dining hours in Phelps Hall or Cook Servery. Even if you eat at Cook Servery, all Sack Lunches must be ordered through Phelps and picked up at Phelps. The Sack Lunch Program is for students who: have a class schedule that does not allow time to eat during normal Phelps Hall (or Cook Servery) meal times have a job and are not on campus during Phelps Hall (or Cook Servery) meal hours are attending a college sponsored function and are out of town. How does it work? Simply click on the link above and fill out your order form - it's that easy! Please remember that Health Code regulations prevent us from Grilling or Panining your sandwich. On-line orders must be placed between 8am Monday and 4pm Friday—and they must be made at least 48 hours in advance—this means that if you need a lunch on Monday, you need to order by 4pm on Friday the week before! Once you've filled out the form, click on the submit button. You will receive a reply from the Phelps office—be sure to read it! If the subject line in your reply reads Corrections Needed make the necessary corrections and resubmit the form; If the subject line in your reply reads Order Confirmation everything is set—just be sure to bring it with you when you pick up your order from the Phelps Cafeteria. If online ordering is not convenient for you at the time, you may stop in the Phelps office during regular business hours to place your order. Only pre-oredered sack lunches will be available to pick up.
