Kraker Apartments can house up to 32 students in four six-person apartments and two four-person apartments. A private elevator and two stairwells provide access to the apartments on the second and third floors.
Six-person apartments have two bathrooms, three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a dining room. Four-person apartments have two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a dining room. Apartments come stocked with the basics, including:
- Bed (no lofts allowed)
- Desk and desk chair
- Kitchen table and chairs
- Cleaning supplies
The building originally served as the Kraker Hotel from 1926–1936 and later as the Hotel Netherlands.
