Families of current students are welcome to join us on campus for Family Weekend October 27–29, 2017.
The Family Weekend tradition is a great opportunity for the whole family to experience Hope and visit their student.
In addition to a weekend full of planned events, families can get the full Hope experience by enjoying a meal at Phelps Dining Hall, purchasing a Flying Dutchmen sweatshirt at the Hope-Geneva Bookstore, and attending select classes and seminars with your student. Other weekend traditions include campus tours for siblings, chapel, athletic events and the annual Nykerk Cup Competition.
The President’s Breakfast is another weekend highlight. Each year the Parents’ Council invites family members to hear from President John and Kelly Knapp as they share their insight as leaders and as parents of their own college students. The Family Anchors Award recipients are also recognized during the breakfast.
