The Hope Summer Repertory Theatre announces a production change in their 41st season that will be full of sentimentality, laughter, life lessons, and great music. The season will now include An Inspector Calls by J. B. Priestley which will replace of God of Carnage. Season 41 will also include Chaps!, Pride and Prejudice, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, An Inspector Calls, Songs for a New World, Diary of a Worm, a Spider and a Fly and Junie B. Jones in Jingle Bells Batman Smells. Be sure to fit HSRT’s productions into your summer calendar! The season begins on June 15th and runs through August 11th at four locations: DeWitt Theatre, Knickerbocker Theatre, Holland Area Arts Council, and our Studio Theatre.

Hope College’s popular contribution to Holland’s annual Tulip Time festival will continue with organ recitals on Wednesday-Saturday, May 9-12.

The Hope College Knickerbocker Theatre will show three films as part of its Summer Film Series from Monday, May 14, through Saturday, June 2.

The April 23-24 student dance concerts at Hope College will feature an example of cross-disciplinary connection in action.

The department of music at Hope College will be presenting a “Quintetapalooza!” woodwind concert on Sunday, April 22, at 4 p.m. in Wichers Auditorium of Nykerk Hall of Music.

The Hope College Concert Series will feature Stationary Travelers during the series’s second annual Hope Artist Show on Friday, April 27, at 8 p.m. in Dimnent Memorial Chapel.

The combined choirs of Hope College will perform with special guest Alfred V. Fedak on Tuesday, April 24, at 7:30 p.m. in Dimnent Memorial Chapel.

The Hope College Wind Ensemble will perform Wednesday, April 25, at 7:30 p.m. in Dimnent Memorial Chapel.

Hope College Theatre will perform “Ring around the Moon” by Jean Anouilh, adapted by Christopher Fry, on Friday-Saturday, April 20-21, and Wednesday-Saturday, April 25-28, at 8 p.m. in the DeWitt Center main theatre.

The Hope College “Sundays at 2” recital series will feature pianist Andrew Le, violinist Jennifer Walvoord and cellist Alicia Eppinga on Sunday, April 22, at 2 p.m. in Dimnent Memorial Chapel.
