The Flying Dutchmen launch their MIAA football campaign on the road against Adrian on Saturday, Sept. 29. Kickoff will be 5 p.m.

The new Vande Poel-Heeringa Stadium Courts, part of the Etheridge Tennis Complex at Hope College, were celebrated on Saturday, Sept. 22, with a formal dedication.

The dedication of the new VandePoel-Heeringa Stadium Courts at Hope College on Saturday, Sept. 22, will include a variety of activities to celebrate completion of the Etheridge Tennis Complex and the tennis facility’s role as a resource for campus and community alike.

For the fourth consecutive week the Flying Dutchmen on Saturday, Sept. 22, will be playing an undefeated opponent when Illinois Wesleyan University comes to Holland Municipal Stadium.

The Quarterback Club, a Hope College tradition for over 30 years, will hold its first luncheon of the football season on Monday, Sept. 24 in the auditorium of the Maas Center.

Hope College will feature a 50K recreational bike ride and a chip-timed, competitive 5K run, both open to all ages, on Saturday, Oct. 13, in the morning.

The Flying Dutchmen travel for the second consecutive week meeting Concordia-Chicago in River Forest, Ill. on Saturday, Sept. 15.

The Flying Dutchmen continue a series of four consecutive non-league games against Illinois opponents, traveling to Millikin University in Decatur, Ill. on Saturday, Sept. 8.

Hope and Calvin will co-host the 12th annual Cal Bergsma Memorial Men's Soccer Tournament on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 7-8.

The Distinguished Lecture Series in Sports Medicine at Hope College will present three addresses during the 2012-13 school year. The series is designed for health care professionals with an interest in physically active patients, and is intended for students, educators and clinicians alike.
