The large collection of oral histories housed
at the Joint Archives of Holland was initiated in 1977 with the
help of Dr. Elton Bruins of Hope College and continued as a summer
project until 2003. Along the way, many other interviews have
also been recorded as opportunities arose. Click

We bring our program year to a close with a visit to the newly
restored historic New Groningen School. Enjoy ice cream and tour
the exhibits to learn more about the history of the school and
the New Groningen area. Cost will be $1.00 per person. Members
and their guests only, and reservations are required--call 395-7798.
