The Vatican published this 2-voume dictionary of Latin for such modern
terms as hockey (*pilamalleus*) and hamburger (*iscium Hamburgense*). You
look up the modern word, and the dictionary gives the Latin. But there's a
catch: although such quintessentially North American things as hockey and
hamburger are listed in English, most modern terms appear instead in
Italian. And so sometimes you'll have to use an Italian dictionary before
turning to this one.
