Interlibrary Loan CRL Request Form

NOTE: This form may be used only by Hope College students, staff, and faculty.

To submit a request, fill in all available information and click on the "Submit Request" button. You must complete a separate form for each item you are requesting. Students are limited to FIVE requests per day, and all requests are subject to approval.

Make sure you check the library catalog before submitting this request! If you have not yet searched the catalog, click here and check if the item is available at Hope.

The Center for Research Libraries makes available more than four million publications, archives, and collections to its member libraries to supplement their own humanites, social science, and science holdings. Center materials can be obtained for extended loan periods and at no cost for Hope College faculty, staff, and students.

COPYRIGHT: The Copyright Law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material.
