Interlibrary Loan Renewal Request

Complete this form if you would like to renew a book you received via Interlibrary Loan. We will contact the lending library and ask for a renewal. It is up to that library to grant the request or not. In a few days, go into HopeCat to see the due date.

This form is only for Interlibrary Loan items. If you need to renew a MEL book, please do so through your patron record.
