Creative Dining Services of Zeeland has promoted three employees to new management positions in the Holland area.

          Jeremy VandeNoord has been appointed director of
  dining services at Camp Geneva north of Holland, Tim
  Blackburn has been named catering manager at Hope College
  and Frank Quealy has been named service manager in Phelps
  Hall at Hope.  All three had held other positions in the
  company's operations at Hope.
          "Creative Dining Services believes in providing
  advancement opportunities to the staff as growth occurs,"
  said Bob VanHeukelom, who is director of dining services at
  the college.  "Therefore it is with great pleasure that we
  offer Jeremy, Tim and Frank greater responsibilities and
  challenges."
          VandeNoord oversees all dining services operations
  at Camp Geneva, including summer youth camps and
  conferences.  He was previously catering manager at Hope,
  having joined Creative Dining Services in August of 1996.
  He is a graduate of Northwestern College in Orange City,
  Iowa.
          Blackburn is responsible for all on-campus and
  off-campus catering functions at Hope.  He joined Creative
  Dining Services in August of 1998, as service manager in
  Phelps Hall.  He is a graduate of Davenport College and
  Grand Rapids Community College.
          Quealy is responsible for daily operations and
  special events in the Phelps Hall dining hall at Hope, and
  also supports the catering department.  He is a 1999 Hope
  graduate, and was a student manager in Phelps Hall during
  the past four years.
          Based in Zeeland, Creative Dining Services began
  in 1990 with Hope College and Calvin College as the
  company's primary accounts.  The company has since expanded
  to have 26 clients in four states.
