Lori Mulder has been promoted to
director of human resources at Hope College.

Mulder was previously the college's payroll
associate. She has been a member of the Hope staff since
1996.

Prior to coming to Hope, she was a ministry
assistant at Providence Christian Reformed Church for three
years. She continues to be active as a member of the
church, and is in her fourth year of writing the curriculum
for "Klub Kingdom," a children's ministry program at the
church.

From 1983 to 1993, she held administrative and
bookkeeping responsibilities at Dynamic Inc. She previously
worked in advertising at "The Holland Sentinel" and WBRN
radio in Big Rapids.

Mulder is nearing completion of her bachelor's
degree in management at Hope, and has also been taking
courses in human resource management at Davenport
University. She holds an associate's degree in marketing
from Ferris State College.

A native of Imlay City, she moved to the Holland
area in 1981. She and her husband Chris have two children.
