The Hope College Wind Symphony, College Chorus and Chapel Choir will combine forces for their final concert of the academic year, framed as a tribute to those who lost their lives in the September 11 terrorist attacks.

The concert will be held on Tuesday, April 23, at 8 p.m. in Dimnent Memorial Chapel.

The public is invited. Admission is free.

The first half of the concert features the Wind Symphony, conducted by Stephen Ward. The Wind Symphony will perform several selections, including a Bach setting in which the audience will be invited to participate.

The second half will be a presentation of Maurice Durufle's "Requiem." The College Chorus and Chapel Choir will combine for the choral ensemble. Janice Beck, who is coming from Ann Arbor as a guest artist, will accompany the piece at the organ.

Dimnent Memorial Chapel is located on College Avenue at 12th Street.
