Hope College has won all three all-sports awards presented by the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association for the second consecutive year.

Since 1998-99, the MIAA has presented separate awards for the best overall finish in men's and women's sports as well as an award for the best cumulative finish in all league sports (men and women). The separate awards are known as the Men's All-Sports Award and the Women's All-Sports Award while the cumulative award, presented since 1934-35, is designated the Commissioner's Cup.

The final standings for the all-sports awards were determined on the basis of each college's standings in eight of nine sports for men and eight of nine sports for women. These point totals were added together to determine the winner of the Commissioner's Cup.

It is the fourth straight year that Hope has won the women's all-sports award and the third time in four years for the men's all-sports award.

In the Commissioner's Cup standings, Hope finished nine points ahead of nearest challenger Calvin, 175-166. Next were Albion and Kalamazoo with 128 points each followed by Alma 111, Adrian 71 and Olivet 39.

In the men's all-sports standings, Hope edged Calvin by a single point, 81-80, followed by Kalamazoo 55, Albion 54, Alma 46, Adrian 30 and Olivet 24.

In the women's all-sports standings, Hope ended with 94 points followed by Calvin 86, Albion 74, Kalamazoo 73, Alma 65, Adrian and Saint Mary's 41 each, and Olivet 15.
