Lacey Wicksall of Traverse City (Traverse City Central HS) has been named a second team Division III All-American for the second time in her career while Sarah Scholten of Grand Rapids (GR Christian HS) is being honored as All-Academic Scholar Athlete for a third consecutive year.

Wicksall culminated her collegiate career earlier this month by competing in the NCAA Division III national championships for the third time. In 2001 she was voted the Division III national freshman of the year after achieving All-America honors with a 15th place finish at the NCAA tournament. As a sophomore she finished 22nd at nationals and this spring was 44th. She was a three-time All-MIAA golfer.

Scholten lettered four years and was co-captain of the team her senior year. She achieved All-MIAA second team honors as a junior. Scholten majored in chemistry and psychology.
