The Joint Archives of Holland, based at Hope College, will be closed during the weeks of Sept. 27-Oct. 1 and Oct. 4-8 as it makes its move from the Van Wylen Library to the Theil Research Center.

The archives will reopen on Monday, Oct. 11. The archives will keep the same hours at the new site, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The college's A.C. Van Raalte Institute, which conducts research on local and Dutch-American history, is also relocating to the new building, from offices at 100 E. 8th St. The institute closed at the end of the day on Thursday, Sept. 16, and will reopen on Monday, Sept. 27.

The Van Wylen Library is located on College Avenue on the south side of 10th Street. The Theil Research Center is located at 9 E. 10th St.
