By popular demand, Hope Summer Repertory Theatre's Children's Performance Troupe (CPT) has added two additional showings of "Junie B. Jones and A Little Monkey Business" on July 31 and August 7 at 10:30 a.m.

Junie B. Jones, from the popular children's book series, is an outspoken kindergartener who is going to be a sister for the very first time. Initially acting jealous of the new addition to the family, Junie B. Jones overhears her grandmother calling her new baby brother the "cutest little monkey," and her mind goes wild! Could this new family member win her the best show-and-tell award? Joan Cushing, writer of this show's music and lyrics, is also the adapter of last year's sold-out hit, "Miss Nelson is Missing."

The Children's Performance Troupe's second show is "Go, Dog. Go!" and opens on July 18. Based on the book by P.D. Eastman, "Go, Dog Go!" is a tale of a variety of dogs: big dogs, little dogs, dogs that talk, yellow dogs, blue dogs, red dogs, and dogs that drive. This lively comedic and musical performance will have the whole family howling.
