Hope will sponsor a presentation on Tuesday, Sept. 18, in conjunction with Constitution Day.

Matt Roberts, visiting assistant professor of political science, will present "Serenity Now !: Making sense of the Constitution in an age of unfettered immigration, scandalous politicians, transnational terrorists, global warming, and political campaigns that threaten to never ever end." His talk will be on Tuesday, Sept. 18, at 11 a.m. in the Maas Center conference room.

The public is invited. Admission is free. Students can bring in their Phelps trays and refreshments will be served.

Constitution Day and the presentation both mark the anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution. The delegates to the Constitutional Convention signed the Constitution at Independence Hall in Philadelphia, Pa., on Sept. 17, 1787.

Tuesday's talk is sponsored by the college's department of political science and the Prelaw Club.
