Athletics

Voters will have the opportunity to participate in a question and answer Second Congressional Representative Forum on Tuesday, Oct. 14, at 7 p.m. in Hope's DeWitt Center theatre.

Invited to participate in the forum are incumbent Peter Hoekstra, Republican, and challengers, Fred Johnson, Democrat, Ronald Graeser, U.S. Taxpayers and Dan Johnson, Libertarian.

The event is being co-sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Holland and two student groups from HopeCollege, Hope Republicans and Hope Democrats.

Moderated by the League, the format for the evening will feature each candidate presenting an opening statement, followed by each candidate responding to written questions from the audience. The audience is encouraged to bring their written questions with them to the event. Additional written questions can be submitted throughout the evening as well.
