Tickets are $3 for the general public, while Hope College students will get in free with ID. Tickets will only be available at the door.
Anderson is the creative brainchild of Bas van Nienes and Jeroen van der Werken, coming all the way from Amsterdam, Netherlands. After releasing its debut album, "We Radio Anderson," Anderson toured heavily around Europe and the United States. Returning to Netherlands, Anderson settled down to record its second album, "It Runs In The Family," which was released in the fall of 2008. The new album is themed around a family called the Bensons, with each song being named after one of the family members. Anderson's music has been compared to the electronic sounds of The Postal Service and The Notwist.
Travis Kingma, a Hope senior from Mattawan, will be playing as well. He has performed often at Lemonjello's as well as previously for the Hope College Concert Series.
Call Me Anadarko, the brother-sister duo of Adam and Erica Nelson, will be opening the show. Adam is a sophomore at Hope, while Erica resides in the siblings' hometown of Chicago, Ill.
