Dr. Trygve Johnson, who is the Hinga-Boersma Dean of Chapel at Hope, will be one of the featured speakers at Western Theological Seminary's "A Night at Western | An Evening of Discernment" dinner event on Thursday, Feb. 24, from 5:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.

Dr. Trygve Johnson, who is the Hinga-Boersma Dean of Chapel at Hope, will be one of the featured speakers at Western Theological Seminary's "A Night at Western | An Evening of Discernment" dinner event on Thursday, Feb. 24, from 5:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.

He will discuss his experiences of discernment while considering a seminary experience, as well as the value he perceives this preparation has added to his vocation in ministry leadership.  Also during the event, Hope College alumni and current WTS students will answer questions about seminary life; and WTS faculty will talk about the process of formation for ministry and the Master of Divinity programs at WTS. Admission to the dinner event is free.
