Hope College has been ranked No. 64th nationally in Division III Collegiate Power Rankings done by the National Collegiate Scouting Association (NCSA). There are 449 Division III institutions.

The NCSA is a resource that matches high school athletes with collegiate athletic programs, ranking schools based on strength of academics, athletics and graduation rates.

According to the NCSA, the Collegiate Power Rankings are calculated for each college and university at the NCAA Division I, II and III levels by averaging the Learfield Sports  "Directors' Cup" rankings, the institution's NCAA student-athlete graduation rate and the U.S. News & World Report ranking.

In those individual rankings, Hope is 69th in the Director's Cup rankings, No. 321st in NCAA graduation rate and 88th among national liberal arts colleges in the U.S. News & World Report rankings.
