The Office of Multicultural Education and Black Student Union at Hope College are presenting a celebration of Black History Month and the student group’s 45th anniversary with a dinner event on Tuesday, Feb. 26, at 6 p.m. at the Maas Center auditorium.

The public is invited and admission is free, although advance registration is required.  The registration deadline is Friday, Feb. 22.

Entertainment during the event will include singer and speaker Xavier Lewis of Atlanta, Ga., who was featured on “America’s Got Talent”; poet Christina Jackson; and a student performance.  In addition, attending alumni will receive special recognition.
