Athletics
As a member of the MIAA and NCAA Division III associations, Hope College sponsors 22 varsity sports for men and women. The college is home to the 2022 NCAA Division III National Championship women’s basketball team.

Hope College was represented on national TV Saturday night during the Michigan/Syracuse game, as senior captain Colton Overway of Holland (West Ottawa HS) was recognized as a member of the Allstate Insurance Good Works Team. Donned in his Blue-and-Orange warm up, Colton was on the championship floor with the other members of this 10-person team. "This weekend has certainly been memorable for Colton and his parents, Tim and Emily, along with the entire Hope Basketball family," said coach Matt Neil.
