Seven Hope College women’s lacrosse players have been named to the 2015 Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association/Zag Sports NCAA Division III Academic Honor Roll.

Senior Molly Greenfield of Georgetown, Texas (Georgetown HS), lead the group of Flying Dutch honorees.

She was joined by juniors Abigale Cassella of Okemos, Michigan (Okemos HS), Alicia Curmi of Plymouth, Michigan (Ann Arbor Gabriel Richard HS), Mackenzie Schumborg of Ann Arbor, Michigan (Saline HS), sophomores Reinie Thomas of Portage, Michigan (Portage Central HS), Chandler Warren of Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan (University Liggett HS), and freshman Amie Hixon of Eagle, Colorado (Vail Christian HS). 

All IWLCA honorees were nominated by their schools and have achieved at least junior status academically and had a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.   

The IWLCA honored 404 Division III student-athletes from 127 different institutions with inclusion in the 2015IWLCA/Zag Sports Division III Academic Honor Roll. 

Earlier this month, Hope was selected to the IWLCA’s 2015 Division III Academic Honor Squad and earned the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association’s Team GPA Award.
