A 5K run has been scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 24, at 9 a.m. in conjunction with Homecoming Weekend at Hope College.
Registration is online at hope.edu/homecoming, and costs $20 for alumni and members of the community, and $10 for Hope faculty, staff and students. Advance registration by Friday, Oct. 16, is requested, although there will also be on-site registration beginning at 8 a.m. during the morning of the race.
Early packet pick-up will take place on Friday, Oct. 23, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Knickerbocker Theatre in downtown Holland. On-site check-in will be at Ray and Sue Smith Stadium, where the race will begin and end. The event will include a light breakfast, with participants receiving a performance t-shirt if they registered by Oct. 16 and chip timing.
The Knickerbocker Theatre is located at 86 E. Eighth St., between College and Columbia avenues. Ray and Sue Smith Stadium is located at 313 Fairbanks Ave., at 13th Street.
