Address to Focus on French Waldensian Migration to Algeria in the 19th Century
The Department of Modern and Classical Languages at Hope College and its French Cultural Studies Colloquium will feature the address “French Migration to Algeria in the 19th Century: The Life Story of Henriette Orcière” by Dr. Michel Pichot of the Aquinas College French faculty on Wednesday, Feb. 17, at 4 p.m. in the Fried-Hemenway Auditorium (room 135) of the Martha Miller Center for Global Communication.

Dr. Paul S. Weiss of the University of California-Los Angeles will present “Exploring the Ultimate Limits of Miniaturization in Science, Engineering and Medicine” on Thursday, March 31, at 6:30 p.m. in room 1000 of the A. Paul Schaap Science Center while at Hope College through the James and Jeanette Neckers Lectureship in Chemistry.
