Small/One-Time Events

• Hope supervision staff must complete Code of Conduct
• Attendees must complete the Liability Form
• Attendees must complete the Photo Release Form
• Complete Tracking Form with name of event, date and estimated number of people

Large Group Events

• Hope supervision staff must complete Code of Conduct
• Attendees must complete the Liability Form
• Attendees must complete the Photo Release Form
• Complete Tracking Form with name of event, date and estimated number of people
• Supervisor reviews Training Resources
