Things to do over the summer

• It is important to note that all information included on this page has been or will be mailed to the incoming student.
• Complete and return housing, class scheduling and health forms as directed (see what to look for in the mail for more information).
• Submit proof of medical insurance by completing the online form. Here you may waive rights to or enroll in the Hope student insurance plan.
  • It is recommended that you first verify your health insurance provider’s coverage area includes Holland, MI.
  • If you fail to complete the online waiver by July 15, you will be automatically enrolled in the Hope student insurance plan and your student account will be billed $958.00.
• Contact your new roommate.
• Check the Hope 2013 website often for orientation tips and updates.
• Check your new 1Hope email account regularly.
• Register for orientation by August 14, 2009.
• Book a hotel room for orientation weekend.
• Start packing! Check out our suggested packing list and be sure to label ALL boxes with name, residence hall and room number.
