Construction is underway on a new apartment-style housing complex located along Lincoln Avenue between 11th Street and 12th Street. Four separate units will house a total of 60 students. The units will be ready for the 2013-14 school year. The complex honors Tom and Ryan Cook in recognition of a leadership gift from the Peter C. and Emajean Cook Foundation.
