Usage Policy for Hope Images
People who come in contact with Hope College
form impressions that often serve as the basis for opinions and attitudes.
Frequently this contact
first occurs through printed and electronic materials. For these
reasons, it is important that the College’s visual materials project and
image that is clear, consistent and easily remembered.
The logo of Hope College is intended to strengthen the college’s
identity with the higher education community while maintaining a continuing
commitment to excellence in the context of the Christian faith.
This guide explains the policies for the use of the College’s
logo and provides information for the preparation of various types of
printed materials and electronic media used by Hope College faculty and
staff as well as pre-approved external users. All policies mentioned
in this guide apple to all facets of Hope College.
