College Choirs to Perform Together April 26
HOLLAND - The Women's Chamber Choir, College Chorus, and Chapel Choir will perform a combined concert Tuesday, April 26, at 7:30 p.m. in Dimnent Memorial Chapel.
The public is invited. Admission is free.
The first half of the concert will feature soprano Linda Dykstra and alto Kim Shea with the Women's Chamber Choir. They will perform G.B Pergolesi's "Stabat Mater." They will be accompanied by organist Huw Lewis and a visiting string orchestra.
The second half of the concert will feature the College Chorus and Chapel Choir singing Joseph Haydn's "Missa Sancti Nicolai." The soloists will be Dykstra, Shea, tenor Matt Lehmann, and bass Richard Cory. Lewis and string orchestra will accompany.
Dimnent Memorial Chapel is located on College Avenue at 12th Street.
