The Basketball Coaches Association of Michigan has honored Hope women's basketball coach Brian Morehouse and named senior Ryan Klingler to its Academic/Athletic Honor Team.

Morehouse has been named the women's collegiate coach of the year after leading the Flying Dutch to the MIAA championship and a berth in the NCAA tournament. He was earlier named the Division III Great Lakes coach of the year by the College Basketball Coaches Association.

Klingler is a three-time All-MIAA player who led the Flying Dutchmen in scoring for three seasons. He is an education major who maintained a 3.5 grade point average.
