Analysis of the requested data is the responsibility of the requestor.
All requests for academic information are subject to the approval of the Registrar.

Data Criteria: Select from the following criteria.

MAJOR LIST: (Enter major code from list)		MINOR LIST: (Enter minor code from list)
GPA Criteria:
Cum GPA minimum		Subj GPA min Subject (only 1 subj)
Other criteria: ATTACH A FILE TO BE USED FOR YOUR CRITERIA: (Excel file is preferred)

Data Output: Select what you want to appear on your list or report.

Data Sort Order: Tell us how you want your data sorted.
