Using a Single-Line Phone
Call Hold
Press the Flash Key and you'll receive an interrupted dial tone
Dial *6 but do not hang up the phone
To reconnect, press the Flash Key again or replace the handset and the phone
will ring to reconnect you
Consultation Hold
This allows you to consult privately with a second party while the original
party is holding
Press the Flash Key and you'll receive an interrupted dial tone
Dial the extension number of the person with whom you wish to consult
When the conversation is completed, the called extension hangs up and the original
call is automatically reconnected
Call Transfer
Press the Flash Key and you'll receive an interrupted dial tone
Dial the extension number
Replace the handset
If unable to transfer, press the Flash Key and you'll be reconnected with the
original call
Conference Call
Press the Flash Key
Dial the second party
After the second party has answered, press the Flash Key and a 3-party conference
is established.
Call Parking
Press the Flash Key and you'll receive an interrupted dial tone
Dial *7 and the party is parked at this extension
Replace the handset
Call Park Retrieval - from the Same Phone
- To retrieve the parked call from this extension
Lift the handset
Dial #7
Parked call is connected
Call Park Retrieval - Remote
- To retrieve a parked call from another extension
Lift handset ant remote location
Dial #8 and original extension number
Parked call is connected
Call Back
Upon encountering a busy tone, press the Flash Key
Dial *5 and you'll receive a service set tone
Replace the handset
When called extension becomes idle, your telephone will ring
Lift the handset
Cancel Call Back
Lift the handset
Dial #5 and you'll receive a service set tone

Call Pickup
- To answer a ringing phone at another extension within your area
Lift the handset
Dial *4
The call is connected to your phone
Directed Call Pickup
- To answer a specific ringing phone
Dial #4 and the ringing extension number
The incoming call is connected to your extension
Call Forward - All Calls
Lift the handset
Dial *3 and you'll receive an interrupted dial tone
Dial extension number where calls are to forward and you'll receive a service
set tone
Replace the handset
Cancel Call Forward - All Calls
Lift the handset
Dial #3 and you'll receive a service set tone

Using a Multiple Line Phone
Receiving Incoming Calls
Lift the handset
Press the flashing line key if the call is on a line other than the Prime line.
Call Hold
Press the Hold button
Replace the handset
Exclusive Hold
Press the Hold button twice
Replace the handset
Held line will be steady at other phones where your line appears
Reconnect Held Line
Lift handset
Press the flashing line of the held call
Call Transfer
Press the Transfer button and you'll receive an interrupted dial tone
Dial the extension number
Replace the handset
If you wish to privately announce the transfer, wait until the called party
answers,announce the call and then hang up
If you are unable to transfer, press the Transfer key again and you will automatically
be reconnected with your original party
Conference Call
Press the Transfer button
Dial second party
When the second party answers, press the Conference button
Call Parking
Place the original party on hold by depressing the Transfer button and you'll
receive an interrupted dial tone
Dial *7 and the party is parked at this station
Replace the handset
Call Park Retrieval - from the Same Phone
- To retrieve the parked call from this station
Lift the handset
Dial #7
Parked call is connected
Call Park Retrieval - Remote
To retrieve a parked call from another station
Lift handset at the remote location
Dial #8 and original extension number
Parked call is connected
Call Back
Press the Flash button and you'll receive an interrupted dial tone
Dial *5 and you'll receive a service set tone OR press the Call Back button
Replace the handset
Lift handset when the extension rings back
Cancel Call Back
Lift the handset

You are automatically connected to the incoming call ringing at the extension
in your area

Press the FWD/ALL button or dial *3 and you'll receive a service set tone
Dial extension number where calls are to forward and you'll receive a service

Press the FWD/ALL button or dial #3 and receive a service set tone
