Video Services

Who are we?

Hope College Video Services has been organized under the umbrella of CIT. It is our intention to provide the campus community with new and improved services.

What we do:

Our staff is available for location videotaping of events such as:

• Class lectures
• Guest speakers
• Conferences and addresses
• Sporting events
• Performances
• Other events on the Hope College campus

We also have the capability to edit, finish and deliver your project on DVD or Internet ready files. We have the ability for DVD duplication and conversion of various tape formats to U.S. Standard NTSC.

Videotaping Request Form

What we don't do:

• Videotape television off the air (contact CIT for this service)
• Audio recordings
• Duplicate copyrighted material

Other information:

In order to assure that staff will be available for your event, please contact Video Services as soon as possible for videotaping or dub requests (~1 week in advance). These requests can be made by calling 616-395-7362 or emailing videoservices@hope.edu.

Billing generally takes place through interdepartmental charges, unless other arrangements are made.
