In order to assure that staff will be available for your event, please contact Video Services as soon as possible for videotaping or dub requests (~1 week in advance). These requests can be made by using our on-line form or by calling 616-395-7362. Billing generally takes place through interdepartmental charges, unless other arrangements are made.
