5:00 – 5:15 pm Registration / Check in
5:25 – 5:35 pm Opening remarks
5:40 - 7:10 pm Speed networking
7:10 - 8:00 pm Networking reception with hors d’oeuvres

Speed Networking Format
Speed networking provides an opportunity for employers and students to connect in an organized manner. Employers have the opportunity to pre-determine who they would like to network with at this event as they pre-register online. On the day of the event, each participant will be provided a customized schedule of meetings. Employers are assigned a seat for the duration of the event. Students will be prompted to change seats to visit with the next employer on their schedule every five minutes. During each meeting the employer will ask the student questions, offer advice and discuss their career field.

Networking Reception
At the end of the speed networking portion, employers and students will attend the networking reception. The reception will allow students to talk with employers they did not have a chance to meet during the speed networking portion of the event.
