Internship Programs
A recent survey by NACE (National Association of Colleges and Employers)
revealed that 79% of employers currently offer internships and the average
employer hires approximately 1/3 of their interns for full-time positions
upon graduation.
Your organization, like many across the nation, is ready to realize the
benefits of an internship program, including:
- Assistance with special projects
- Access to new ideas and resources
- Opportunities to train potential employees
- Evaluation and screening of potential new hires before a permanent
hire
- Observation of personnel within your organization in a supervisory
role
