Emergency Contact Information in KnowHope Plus

New Students Entering Information for the First Time

• log into KnowHope Plus
• click on Personal Information
• click on Update Emergency Contacts
• click on New Contact
• everyone should have at least 2 entries (more is better):
  • one (Order #1) for yourself (relationship = self) with a cell phone number
    • click [Submit/Verify]
    • click on New Contact
  • at least one parent/guardian or someone close to you if parent or guardian cannot be contacted
    • click [Submit/Verify]
      (continue to click New Contact for each new entry)

Continuing Students Updating Information

• log into KnowHope Plus
• click on Personal Information
• click on View Emergency Contacts
• everyone should have at least 2 entries (more is better):
  • one for yourself with a cell phone number
  • at least one parent/guardian or someone close to you if parent or
    guardian cannot be contacted
• if information is correct:
              ◦ click on your contact (your name)
              ◦ click on the Submit/Verify button at the bottom
• if information is missing or incorrect:
              ◦ click on the contact name that needs to be changed
              ◦ change, add or delete the appropriate information
              ◦ click on Submit/Verify button at the bottom
