Relay For Life is a night of live entertainment, games and great food while camping out at the Dow from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. More than that, though, Relay is a time to remember the lives lost to cancer and honor those who are still fighting.
Relay is set up for teams. From the opening ceremony to the final lap, at least one member from each team must be walking on the track around the gym. Teams can be large or small, and can consist of anyone affiliated with Hope—a student organization, athletic team, academic department, or just a group of friends who want to have fun for a good cause.
To get started, each team should first designate a captain to register on the Relay Online website at relayforlife.org/hopecollegemi. Click the “Start a Team” link, and you will be guided through the registration process. Once the team has been formed, other members can follow the same link to join your team. Your team gets a campsite at Relay where you can bring games, snacks, and even couches to hang out at all night.
Get signed up today and help us support the American Cancer Society! We look forward to seeing you at Relay!
