hey folks --
this is the new WIO blog ... hope college is getting techno-savvy these days apparently.
Well -- as the post below says we meet every monday night at 9pm in Timmer Cottage on the corner of 13th and College. Sometimes we're serious and planning important events, and sometimes we're playing games and having fun. Usually we're laughing at least some.
This year we're planning Take Back the Night for Thursday October 15th, and if you or someone you know would like to be a part of speaking at the event let us know.
We're also planning the clothesline project, and being a part of V-Day in the spring. If you have any ideas about things we could do or anything you want to see let us know.
Also -- we have funds to bring in a big speaker, so if there's someone you'd like to see come to Hope, let us know. BASICALLY, what we're asking is for you to emails us at WIO@hope.edu and give us feedback, ideas, etc etc .
