Volunteer Globally:

Student Interns for Orphanage Outreach
Since 1994, we have had over 5000 volunteers participate in our program which provides opportunities to orphaned, abandoned, and disadvantaged children. We have successfully done this through a partnership with a local orphanage in the town of Monte Cristi, Dominican Republic, providing a free English institute for 5th – 8th graders, and by providing educational and camp-like opportunities for local Dominican children.

We are currently looking for student interns to join us for the fall and spring semesters. We are committed to making sure that each intern has an experience of a lifetime. Interns will have the opportunity to practice teaching and leadership skills and will have the opportunity to learn about the history and culture of the Dominican Republic, and work in collaboration with the community.
