Outdoor Events

If your group is planning an event outdoors, there are a few extra things to arrange:

• A Sound Permit from the City of Holland is required for all outside events. To begin the application process, stop by Student Development at least 2 weeks prior to the event, or call us at x7942.
• An Event Planning form should be filled out. This helps the Physical Plant plan and prepare for the event.
• You may also want to set up a meeting with Kathleen Arnold (x7835) and the Physical Plant staff to plan for power and setup needs.
