With a commanding edge on offense, the Flying Dutch blanked Adrian 3-0 to stay in the thick of the MIAA race. Coach Leigh Sears' Dutch improved to 6-1 in conference games and are 8-2 overall.
The Flying Dutch finished with a 23-2 advantage in shots on goal. Freshman Cassie Thomas' goal put Hope ahead 1-0 at intermission. Secoond half goals were scored by Sarah Cochrane and Elliee Tresslar. Tresslar also had an assist as did Sarah Soslik and Alison Van Beek. Goalkeepers Holly Nestle and Kelly Schaefer combined for the team's sixth shutout of the season.
