Champion Apartments

Purchased in December 1988 and converted to student housing in June 1998, Champion is located at 36 West 12th Street and can house up to 7 students. These apartments are split into two 2-person apartments, and one 3 person apartment. The apartments have a Resident Assistant and are included in the Centennial Neighborhood.

This apartment building is named in honor of the Champion family who were its previous owners.
