Kraker Apartments

Purchased in 1995, Kraker Apartments are located at 215 River Avenue and can house up to 32 students in 4 six person apartments and 2 four person apartment. The six person apartments have two bathrooms, three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. The four person apartments have two bathrooms, two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. A private elevator and two stairwells provide access to the apartments that are all located on the second and third floors. These apartments have a Student Resident Director.

Originally the building served as the Kraker Hotel from 1926-1936 and then the Hotel Netherlands.
